The Entangled exhibition revealed the interwoven and enmeshed process of a dialogue.
Bettina Paschke’s drawings express a working process that evolves by building up individual fine pen strokes. The gradual spinning of this web of strokes is an abstract game between the artist and the system of tiny lines. Her method traces the evolving rhythm, picking up impulses and directions, intensifying them or keeping them in check.
The artists of the “Daily Rhythms Collective” joined this game, each reinterpreting and continuing it in their own way through installation. The result was a playfully interconnected micro-cosmos, a collection of white boxes packed with a diversity of objects.
